:disappointed: not a pretty headline.

I had a friend call me yesterday about the Susie Ormond show (11-02-09). Appearantly, Susie warned someone not to take all their money and pay off their credit card debt. She said something to the effect that in these times, you'll never know how bad you really need that money, and unsecured debt was less of a priority than the present unknown.

I'm thinking you're generous, but still....I've never heard her render advise to not pay bills off and get rid of debt. She, and others, have never really been lock step with the true scenerio, IMO, but to hear her advise against paying off debt speaks volumes, IMO.
