Regardless of the confusing language (Which is on purpose as well as the 2700 pages of the HR3200 abomination) this will be a Mandatory plan that is The game changer for all of us here in the US and ultimately the world. You can not deny this. This plan will force to control all life and commerce as we know it. If we continue to put our heads in the sand it will only result in delusion.
