Solana: We are currently focusing on the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, which is scheduled to begin in mid-August and should be completed within a month. <!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong>This must be the first step, and it must be followed by other steps very soon.</strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END--> Just this first phase is an enormous undertaking. Much remains to be settled, issues that are still very much in dispute: Who will control the borders? How porous should they be? And what will happen at Gaza's harbors and airports? <br>

And he seems quite adament about being followed by <!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong>other steps very soon</strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END-->.<br>

I am curious just what those steps are and when he will let everyone else in on it?<br>
