North Korea vowed today in an alarming announcement
to"soon" reduce parts of South Korea's capital to "ashes"

Regular programming was interrupted on North Korea's state TV today
by a special report declaring that "special actions" will be carried out "soon"
and aimed at parts of the South Korean capital Seoul.

It said the military attack will use "unprecedented peculiar means
and methods of our own style." "All will be reduced to ashes
in three to four minutes," and will involve "form of fire."

This goes with the scripture "...wars and rumors or wars."
Thinking out loud here, N Korea failed in their missile test a week or two ago.
They seem to have the basics down for nuclear weaponry and also for an EMP, but they still don't have delivery systems to implement them.
Seems they are stirring their people up for a regional conflict with S. Korea again....creating an enemy where there really isn't one. Scaring their citizenry into worrying over a possible regional conflict may be helping them with control of the people. That place and it's leaders is so hard for me to bear; They're stuck in the 6th grade.

North Korea is a shell. All they can do is holler for attention. Thye do provoke with periodic strikes, and the South Koreans to date allow it, since one thing NK can do is really blast Seoul with artillery for a few hours.

I thought that was why we did everything possible to appease them, because they can wipe out at least the capital city of Seoul, as well as put a hurting on our troops stationed near there.
