With actor Tom Hanks as its star, a movie -- no matter how absurd -- has legitimacy.

According to this report, actor Tom Hanks may play professor Robert Langdon in a new movie based on Dan Brown's best selling novel,  The Da Vinci Code Read about it here.

Brown's book is an apostate's thriller. It encourages the godless on their merry way -- away from the presence of God. It's about a man who cracks a code and uncovers secrets the Catholic Church is hiding -- secrets, that if known, would destroy the Christian faith. I guess, to some, selling your soul is a small price to pay to have the best-selling fiction book and blockbuster movie.

That's right -- it's all fiction. The book's plot isn't based on anything more than the authors imagination. Oh well, since when has the antichrist spirit ever cared about details like truth? The book takes the godless where they want to go. And, anytime you can do that, there's money in it.

Enter Hollywood: You see, Hollywood has always been on the payroll of the antichrist spirit. So, it's only natural Hollywood would want a piece of the action. Enter Tom Hanks, Hollywood's top money maker.

It's beginning: This is what the Apostle John warned us about. John said:

Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us (1 John 2: 18-19 New American Standard Bible). 

This much I can say by the authority of God's Word, if Tom Hanks takes this job, he's not one of us. According to the Apostle John, he's an antichrist. And, it's not really the so-called "Da Vinci Code" this mega star will be cracking -- he'll be cracking the Christ. How?

By giving legitimacy to this antichrist movie.
