As the EU's Javier Solana concludes his Middle East tour Read about it here, those of us who attended are returning from this year's Watchman Speaks End Time Symposium. And, it appears that Solana and I may be coming home with the same feeling -- we are at a critical stage Read about it here.

Solana now knows that if an agreement doesn't soon come to end the Israeli/Palestinian dispute, the entire Middle East region could spin out of control. I now know that if God's people aren't made aware of the truth soon, when it hits many will fall in confusion. 

I find it interesting that as America is struggling to suppress an Iranian backed insurgency in Iraq, the Iranian President is saying that more authority should be given to Solana Read about it here. I also find it interesting that, while these critical issues are transpiring and an EU Foreign Minister is needed more than ever, Germany's Angela Merkel may be giving up on the EU's new constitution Read about it here.

You see, the 10 Western European Union nations feel they already have the legal basis necessary to implement the most important security elements of the EU's unratified constitution. In fact, as far as the Foreign Minister elements go, they have already been implementing them. The official reason given is to provide a "soft landing" for the Foreign Minister when he comes on the scene. So, all that's really required to create the post is a decision by the European Council (the EU heads). And, keep in mind, when all the EU heads signed their Constitution of Rome, they already agreed to having their new Foreign Minister.

Yes, the world is at a critical stage. And, much could happen in a short time. The EU can't afford to wait any longer for their Foreign Minister. And, God's people can't afford to wait any longer either.

It's time to be ready.
