Have you ever been railroaded into going somewhere you didn't what to go? Well, that's what appears to be happening to Israel. According to this report, Washington is telling Israel not to rock the Middle East boat (Read about it here). Perhaps Israel is seeing where this boat is going. Here's how I see it: I suspect the Bush Administration may have developed a plan for the Middle East and doesn't want anyone -- including Israel -- to get in the way of that plan. What is the plan? I suspect it calls for, beginning with Iraq, the democratization of the entire Middle East. And here's where the next report I posted may come in (Read it here). You see, America can't do it alone. And the way things are shaping up, it looks like help is on the way. As I write, it appears the EU is preparing to send EU/NATO forces into Israel to enforce the Road Map. If this is the case, it would explain Washington's reason for backing the Russian sponsored Security Council resolution endorsing the Road Map. It would also explain the recent joint EU/NATO exercise that appeared to be Javier Solana's forces practicing for this very thing. Now Israel is told not to rock the Middle East boat. Perhaps Israel just wants off. 12-03-2003
