If you don't think Democratic candidate John Kerry giving those leftists salutes is anything to worry about, consider what's going on in Israel.

In order to save his coalition, extreme right-wing Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has invited former Prime Minister Shimon Peres to join his government. Peres, who is a socialist, was the person who signed for Israel Solana's Euro-Mediterranean Partnership for Peace back in 1995.

This is what I think: The Bush Administration was forced to allow the EU into the peace process in order to get EU support in Iraq. And at the same time, Sharon's hawkish policies have failed miserably.

The result is, Sharon is now being forced to invite the EU and the international left back into the peace process. In other words, enter Solana. Solana will be meeting with Peres Friday Read about it here    I  And here.
