A question about what I meant by the above came up on our discussion board. I decided it might also be good to share my reply here.

We have a reviving Roman Empire. We have a 10-nation alliance. We have a new, single representative who appeared among the 10 nations, and who has not been allowed his full Office due to three of the 10 -- the EU3. Now, the leadership of these three nations has, and is, changing and there is renewed hope for a new treaty that will empower the single representative. However, even if the treaty fails again, the representative has a legal fall-back in his 10-nation alliance -- which is what I believe the Bible may suggest. We have a covenant with many -- including Israel -- made by the single representative. We have it being confirmed for seven years by the representative. We have a new international order -- including mechanisms for a war against the saints -- being orchestrated by the representative. In my opinion, the picture described above may match the prophecies and shouldn't be ignored.
