As believers, we can be on our own, but not alone. No matter where we go in life, Jesus will be with us. I don't know about you, but it's knowing this fact that keeps me going. Do you know why He will always be with us? Because, if we are truly a child of God, Jesus lives inside us. In fact, if Jesus doesn't live inside us, we don't even belong to Him. That's why the Apostle Paul said: Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you -- unless indeed you fail the test? (2 Corinthians 13:5 New American Standard Bible). When we think of Paul's conversion, we usually think about his experience on the road to Damascus -- where Jesus suddenly revealed Himself to Paul in a great light. Yet, later Paul described his experience a little differently. Paul said Jesus was revealed in him, not to him. Paul said: But when God, who had set me apart even from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood, ... (Galatians 1:15-16). The reason I'm bringing this up is because I've been busy preparing for my coming speaking engagements and unable to post commentaries as often as usual. As a result, I'm receiving emails from concerned readers telling me that they really miss my daily commentaries. As far as preparing is concerned, I think I'm pretty much ready now. So, Lord willing, I'll be writing again. However, this situation brings up some thoughts that I would like to share. My friends, if we're truly seeing the end-times prophecies being fulfilled -- as I think we may, then we need to adjust to the new reality. It's time for us all to be able to stand on our own and deliver FP's message. If these events are what we think they are, what happens when I'm gone? One of the reasons I agreed to the coming speaking engagements is because there will be a professional video made of my presentation and the video will be distributed in a way that I couldn't. In other words, even when I'm gone, the message could live on. Has God revealed His Son Jesus in you? If so, then you are without excuse too. The Bible tells us that God has a special purpose for all His children and, if you are a believer in Jesus, that includes you. I want to thank those who have responded to my recent request for financial support. I want to also thank in advance those who will respond to my call to prepare to pick up -- if need be -- FP's message. I'm not talking about knowing all the details and understanding all the points. I'm only talking about the basic message and the things that you can share on your own. But, not alone. 03-21-2007
