The Israeli people are being asked to have faith. Faith in what? Faith in peace.

Why is this hard for them? Because the smell of terror is always present in their streets. And the only peace they have known has been provided by the gun, not the tongue.

But once again they're being asked to have faith. Faith that if they do this or that, the hatred in the Arab heart would fly away.

But where can they turn? When even their own Prime Minister is proving unworthy of their trust, to whom can they go Read about it here?

As friends of Israel and Christians we know the answer. And it pains us to see the Israeli people suffer simply because long ago their leaders refused to bow their knee to the real Prince of Peace that was foretold in their own Scripture -- Jesus the true Messiah of Israel.

And despite the fact that this condition of spiritual blindness in the end-times was also foretold in their Scripture, the Jewish people continue in their unbelief and torment.

Will they finally come to their senses and accept their Messiah. The Bible tells us they will. In the end, after the Great Tribulation is over (Matthew 24:15-22), all Israel will be saved (Romans 11: 25-29).

But before accepting the true Prince of Peace, the Bible tells us the Jewish nation will accept a false Prince of Peace (Daniel 9:27). The Apostle John calls this coming world leader the Antichrist ( 1 John 2:18).

And the stage is almost set. Already we see a world leader on the scene who's job description is to do exactly what this coming Roman Prince is to do -- bring peace to the Middle East region Read about it here.

Not only that, the style of diplomacy employed by this individual is the style to be expected. It's a style of diplomacy that paints over deep difference, but doesn't make them go away. This was the style of diplomacy used in the Balkans, and now it's being directed toward the Middle East.

And even if this individual isn't the one who is foretold in Scripture, his style of diplomacy is foretold. 

It's the style of the coming Prince of False Peace.
