The EU heads have given their High Representative, Javier Solana, the OK he was seeking to implement his plans for the Middle East.

The report also states:

The ministers added that the EU would not recognize any changes to the borders as they were before the 1967 Middle East war when Israel invaded the Palestinian territories unless both sides agreed to amend them Read about it here    I    And here.

It's time to back up a little. If you recall, it was on June 5, 2000, when the 10-nation Western European Union (WEU) adopted its Assembly Recommendation 666. Their choice of this date is extremely interesting. You see, this was the anniversary of the 1967 Six Day War. In other words, on June 5, 2000, the EU began a new foreign policy directed at competing with the United States in the Mediterranean region and returning Israel to the borders she held on the morning of June 5, 1967 -- just before the Six Day War began.

Was the date of June 5 for the adoption of their Recommendation 666 just a coincidence? Perhaps. But, when we consider the list of other coincidences related to Bible prophecy now apparently occurring in the EU, another fulfillment of prophecy makes more sense to me.

In fact, it's my opinion we may be witnessing warning signs that the foretold kingdom of the Antichrist is about to spring upon us. First it was the appearance of the 10-nation WEU alliance in 1995. Then, it was the combined offices filled by Javier Solana in 1999. And, of course, it was their adoption and implementation of the 10-nations's Assembly Recommendation 666 in 2000.

What's next? In 2005 the United Nations plans on bringing to a vote the restructuring of the Security Council. As it now stands, the desire is to bring five new permanent members and four new non-permanent members. Expect to see a battle over what nations get those five new permanent seats.

For example, Germany is pushing for a permanent seat. However, some other EU members states are opposed to this idea. Interestingly, Spain -- Solana's home nation --  is one who is opposed to Germany getting a seat. These other nations want the EU to get a permanent seat. Naturally, this is what Javier Solana wants. It would be his seat.

Friend's, there is one more thing to consider. Whoever wins the Presidential election this November will not only chose our next Supreme Court, they will play a big role in restructuring the United Nation's Security Council for the coming end-times world order.
