Your response to our request for support has been encouraging. If the donations continue to come in as they are now, FulfilledProphecy may survive. And, I'll continue reporting. The EU's Javier Solana may have done it. The proxy war between the EU and US for the ancient land of Israel appears over. Upon the invitation of Israeli government, the EU heads have approved an EU police mission into the Palestinian controlled territories Read about it here. How did Solana do it? As I've been reporting, it began with his 1995 Barcelona Process. This agreement between the then 15 EU member states and 12 Mediterranean states laid the foundation for what we're seeing today. The next step was the implementation of his European Neighborhood Policy (ENP). The ENP was designed to confirm, or reinforce, the stalled Barcelona Process. It included action plans tailored to the needs of each country to continue its integration into what can be described as a revived Roman Empire. Israel was the first to sign its action plan. Since then, six other nations have followed. Among these, the Palestinian Authority Read about it here. In other words, finally, at long last, someone may have appeared on the scene and settled the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. If you know your Bible prophecy, you know what this could mean. What now? Where we need to be looking now is to what will happen when the current ENP funding runs out at the end of 2006. At that time, a new seven-year ENP funding instrument will begin. And, if Solana gets his way, a new administration for these new funds will also begin -- hopefully with him at the helm. Here's my point: Whoever it is, beginning on January 1, 2007, the new administrator for the ENP could quite literally be confirming a covenant with the many for a period of seven years. So, need I say it? Stay tuned again! 11-11-05
