The EU beast is facing a virtual state of emergency. Its next seven-year feeding period is swiftly approaching. And, instead of coming to an agreement over how much to feed the EU beast, its 25 little heads are fighting with each other.

To make matters worse for the beast, the little heads have lost the support of their folks back home. In other words, the EU beast's 25 little heads no longer even have authority to be its heads. Now how is the EU beast going to survive in this dangerous world?

The EU beast has much to worry about. You see, there are other beasts prowling. Some are extremely dangerous. The dragon from the east is said to be making itself stronger every day. The bear from the north is reported to be wounded from losing a fight with the US beast. And, the US beast is attempting to use its victory over the bear to its advantage elsewhere. The US beast is out seeking to intimidate all the other beasts into doing what it wants, including the EU beast. This is something the EU beast can't allow.

What's the EU beast to do? It has ten horns, but they're not strong enough yet to take on the other beasts, especially the powerful US beast. How about its little horn? Does its little horn have the answer? The little horn says it does. The little horn has fought beside the US beast against a mutual enemy before and knows the US beast's strengths and weaknesses. The little horn says the EU beast should make friends with the US beast. That way the EU beast won't become a victim of the US beast, it will become a partner.
