Not that long ago the EU's Javier Solana agreed with an author who stated that Americans were from Mars and Europeans from Venus. The point was, America leans toward military force and Europe diplomacy. Well, it looks like Venus' way is suddenly getting some serious attention.

It seems President George Bush will make his important first visit abroad since his inaugural speech to visit the EU Read about it here. At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin is desperately seeking closer security ties between Russia and the EU Read about it here. 

While all this is going on, the Ukraine's new president, Victor Yushchenko, is shamelessly falling at the EU's feet Read about it here. Like I said, Venus has suddenly become popular.

And, did you read how Venus treated Serbia and Montenegro? Solana was to pay them a visit. He canceled at the last minute. Now, for Venus standing them up, it's being reported that Serbia and Montenegro are blaming each other Read about it here.

You see, thanks to Solana, in the last few years, not only has Venus developed the capacity of using NATO assets for her own military operations, she has recently taken over NATO's peacekeeping role in both  Macedonia and Bosnia Herzegovina.
