This is interesting: The weasels want to meet with the poodles.

Its being reported German chancellor, Gerhard Schröder and French president, Jacques Chirac -- two of the EU's leading anti-American weasel nations -- have invited British prime minister Tony Blair to a summit (Read about it here). The reason this is interesting is because Blair has been commonly portrayed as president Bush's pet poodle over his faithful support for American policy. And, Blair has managed to forge a small alliance of like-minded EU poodle nations. 

Now, like I said, the EU weasel nations are wanting to meet with the EU poodle nations. And this brings up the question: Why do the weasels want to meet with the poodles?

The report said the weasels want to find a common position with the poodles on Iraq. The report said, "The meeting serves to agree to common positions in foreign policy after there were divergent opinions in the run-up to the Iraq war."

Here's a good example of how the knowledge of the prophetic word can be as the Apostle Peter said, "a lamp shinning in a dark place." (2 Peter 1:19). You see, in the end-times, when Israel has been restored as a nation, a political figure is to come along who will lead a revival of the old Roman Empire from within a 10-nations alliance. And, since 1995, that's exactly what we've been seeing.

On January 1, 1995. the Western European Union became 10 nations with the entry of Greece. Then in Novermber 1995, with Spain holding the joint presidency of the European Union and the Western European Union, a little known Spanish foreign minister named Javier Solana successfully negotiated the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership for Peace agreement between the 15 EU nations and 12 Mediterranean nations. You could say, Solana was the man who negotiated the revival of the old Roman Empire.

Then on November 1999, after four years as head of NATO, Solana was rewarded by becoming the first Mr. Europe. He was made the High Representative of the Common Foreign and Security Policy for the EU, the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, and Secretary General of the 10-nation WEU alliance.

As I said, Solana's title is High Representative of Common Foreign and Security Policy. And that's why the weasel nations are meeting with the poodle nations -- to find a common foreign policy position regarding Iraq. Further more, both the weasel nations and the poodle nations are members of Solana's 10-nation alliance. 

Here's my point: I think the real reason the weasel nations are now meeting with the poodle nations is over Javier Solana's continuing leadership. And, that's why it's going to be real interesting to see how this summit turns out.
