This morning I had an email waiting that had been forwarded by Constance Cumbey. The subject was, What's happening in 2010. Along with a link Read it here, here is what she said:

If you've been following Herb Peter's website (www.fulfilledprophecy.com) and some of my own, you know about the European "Neighbourhood Action Plans", the 7th Framework Program, the 7 year reconfirmation of the Neighbourhood Action Plans, the Barcelona Process, and the reconfirmation of all for the period 2007-2013.  The program is up for review midpoint through (3 1/2 years) in 2010, the same year that a Mediterranean Free Trade Zone is to be in place.  This news posted today by and about Israel may give the EU a rationale for breaking the Treaty of Association with Israel and military action against her. The news Constance is referring to is the announcement that acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert plans to draw Israel's final borders by 2010. As Constance points out, this date may be important because it's in the middle of a coming seven-year period of EU programs that run from 2007 through 2013. In other words, Olmert's headline goal for final borders falls in the middle of a seven-year period that may have huge prophetic significance. In the meantime, the EU's Javier Solana continues building his military/civilian machinery. Yesterday, he scored another big agreement. He talked the 25 EU heads into establishing a joint EU defence research fund Read about it here.

Today, Solana called on coordinating his new military assets with the EU's civilian emergency relief assets. To be specific, the report says Solana wants to, "focus in particular on the coordination of strategic lift" Read about it here. The interesting thing is, strategic lift capability is what Solana's military machinery is most urgently lacking. Friends, I suspect this may be Solana's way of getting the assets his military is lacking from the private sector.

Here are my questions. Why is Solana in such a hurry? What's going to happen in 2010?

It may be exactly as Constance says:
