There is a pit waiting. It is deep, dark and icy cold. It's where, sooner or later, we end up when faith leaves.

I see it more clearly in the morning. That's because, this is my Bible time. This is when I talk to God and, more importantly, let God speak to me.

Lately, because of a change in my occupation, I've had to choose between my Bible time and posting a commentary. When I don't post a commentary, my Website's statistics plummet. But, if I don't have my Bible time, my spiritual walk suffers. What do I do? So far, I've always chosen my Bible time. Why? Because, without my Bible time, I have nothing worth sharing anyway.

You see, in God's eyes, our faith is very important. No, not just faith in whatever. God wants His children to have faith in Him. He wants us to have faith in His word -- His promises. In other words, God wants us to have a Bible time. He wants to talk to us. You see, this is where a true and sound faith comes from. And, God wants His children to have a true and sound faith.

Now, we're being told America is changing -- America is becoming like Europe Read about it here. Friends, what's really happening is, America is losing her faith. But, this really shouldn't surprise us. After all, we've allowed our children to be educated by the faithless Read about it here. We've allowed the spiritually blind to lead us. Now, we are falling into that pit.

Friends, that's what happens when faith leaves.
