After I heard Javier Solana's recent speech, I knew it had to be made available as soon as possible. On September 8, 2006, Solana spoke at the University of Copenhagen. The subject he was asked to speak on was, Europe's Answer to the Global Challenge. Although Solana titled his speech, The World Needs Europe, it was obvious that Solana was actually saying somewhat more. What Solana was really saying was, The World Needs Mr. Europe.

When I went full-time with FP, I thought I would be able to spend my entire day reporting the news and how it may relate to prophecy. I never dreamed that FP would become one of the leading end-time Websites. The second Watchman Speaks End Time Symposium is coming up at this end of this month. Prophecy related news is coming in almost too fast to digest and I have emails piling up unanswered. On top of all this, it took me the most part of the day to create the audio CD that I so believe urgently needs to be sent out.

Why is this CD so important? Because, at long last, I have the person who I wrote my book about putting everything that FP has been reporting into his own words. You see, as I listened to Solana's speech, my mind went back to when it all began -- to my discovering in 1991 of the 10-nation Western European Union alliance. I thought about how, in 1999, while watching through the eyes of Bible prophecy, I saw the appearance of the first Mr. Europe -- a mysterious man named Javier Solana. That was seven years ago. Now, in this speech that Solana gave in Copenhagen, Mr. Europe himself looks back over those same seven years and discusses what he has accomplished. 

So, just what has the first Mr. Europe accomplished for Europe? If you listen carefully, he seems to be saying everything that he set out to do.  No, he doesn't say it in so many words. After all, first and foremost, Dr. Solana is a diplomat. Here's the very interesting way that Solana phrased it: "I do believe, however, that we have acquired a critical mass in the European Union." In other words, from now on, Solana believes it's all only a matter of time until his secure Europe in a better world becomes a global reality.

Of course, for students of Bible prophecy, Mr. Europe had much more of interest to say.
